Experts say that stress is an automatic response right from our own nervous system. As we noticed, some stressors arise at a most predictable times.  2. Don't take more than what you can handle. This apply on both personal or professional life. 3. Learn to distinguish wants from needs, should from must and no from yes.

4. As much as possible try to avoid people who stress you out.
